I did nothing but leave them a review, and to my surprise the owner Peter reached out and offered another appointment with himself, he assured that he would fix it completely change my experience with the shop and so he did! I’ve had many haircuts at Golden Cut, and every visit has been consistently great. The shop is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and the staff are friendly without trying too hard. I always get my haircut from Mo, and he’s excellent—professional, focused, and clearly skilled. He listens to what I want, offers helpful suggestions, and delivers exactly the style I ask for.
